The Absurdists respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

How to file a notice

Send a written notice that includes:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the rights holder or authorized agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  3. Identification of the material on the Site that is allegedly infringing, with a URL.
  4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the rights holder’s behalf.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice using the same address. We’ll forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant per the DMCA process.
